joined the Council in July 2009. Charlene coordinates the Council's rapid HIV and STD testing program which offers HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, Chlamydia and hepatitis Ctesting in the Council office and in collaborations with other community agencies throughout Chatham County. Charlene brings prior phlebotomy and mental health experience to the Council. |
