You can volunteer at Chatham Social Health Council, where people from all walks of life give of their time and talents to make every aspect of our work possible. From joining the board to supporting our fundraising efforts, from licking stamps and stuffing envelopes to assisting in educational presentations, volunteers are a critical component of our day-to-day work. The Chatham Social Health Council is the sole provider of community-based primary HIV/AIDS and STD prevention intervention in Chatham County, NC for both the African American and Latino populations and as such has first hand experience with understanding the challenges that these communities face, and offering the most effective means of addressing these challenges.
The Council is a nonprofit 501-c3 organization.
